USCIS Director Mayorgas has recently announced the establishment of a new EB5 program office. The office will be staffed with two attorneys specializing in EB5 issues and the USCIS is now seeking to hire a program office Director. The goal is to provide a center dedicated to the special and often complex requirements of the EB5 program and to deliver expeditious service on this important job creation program.
