USCIS announces Deferred Action procedures

The main features of the new Deferred Action Program were announced by
DHS Director Mayorkas today:
- Applications will be accepted starting August 15, 2012
- There will be a filing fee of $465 to include biometric prints, the
application fee and a work authorization card.
- All applications will be made to USCIS unless the person is in
detention.
